Pondering Home in a Time of ChangeThe year 2020 has brought about many changes in our lives. For some it has brought loss, others a time for closeness with family, and for a few a time of personal transformation. As Big Top Chautauqua wisely cancels its 2020 season, we too will be forgoing our annual Pie and Ponderings event. Yet with so much to ponder at this time of great change, the Alliance board has decided this year to host a "Pondering Home with Pie" community photo collage ( 'cause as we know one really should ponder with pie in hand!!)
We invite you between now an August 31st to find a slice of pie, find a place that especially gives you are feeling of home in our region, and find 30 minutes to quietly pondering what makes this place the home where your heart is filled. A post of photo with a short caption of this place/setting (that includes your pie too) on our website by September 1st. All submission will be shared with our community and will be highlighted as part of our 2021 Pie and Ponderings finale event. Happy pondering! |
