What We Do:
The Alliance for Sustainability works with a wide range of community partners including local governments, businesses, educational institutions, residents, and others to identify and promote ways of meeting the social and economic needs of the region without jeopardizing the well-being of future generations or the natural environment. This is accomplished through a variety of methods, including: monthly and ongoing educational outreach programs, collaboration with multiple local and state government agencies, hands-on training opportunities and volunteer engagement, and demonstration of sustainability principles.
