Old Business:
Retreat (Sandstrom) objective is to detail goals for the coming year. We should talk about fundraising, programming, new initiatives and focus on implementing the Strategic Plan.
Grant Herman will run the retreat and highly suggests that we all read and familiarize ourselves with the Strategic Plan and determine what we are willing to commit to.

New Business: (Sandstrom)
Should AFS have a float in the Applefest parade – yes
Discussion on being involved on the National Conversation on Climate Change on Oct 4. This is a bad day and we should be involved but do not know how. The cities (mayors) should take the lead.
Everyone should recruit members for the October 25 meeting and send Boys the names.

Meeting adjourned.
